A season four ANTM contestant, Brandy Rusher, was arrested in Houston on May 29th and charged with resisting arrest. A Houston’s ABC affiliate KTRK reported that police arrived at Rusher’s residence in response to a complaint about loud music. When confronted she pushed and shoved one of the officers, cursed at them and attempted to run away.
Not very smart at all, but not surprising either. Brandy was eliminated in the third round of season four because judges believed she had a bad attitude.

This isn't surprising she was one of the girls who always had a bad attitude. She always complained about her look and waiting to long for her turn for pictures. Hopefully, she is okay, but you sometimes people have to learn the hard way.
I have a feeling she will be learning the hard way, SMH!
I dont remember her much but what I do rremember was I didnt care for her. Poor thing. I wish her the best.
