Ray J apologizes to Flo-rida (really WHY?)

Why is Ray J soooooooooooooooooooo extra? Did he take a class on "How To Be Extra" or does he have some genius PR firm behind all his stunts. He doesn't have a new single out but he sure knows how to "stay in the media". Sheesh!
